The Story

Sarah is inspired by fashion, travel, nature, and patterns. Experimentation is a part of her practice, as she adopts a mixed media approach through the use of watercolour, ink, acrylic, and collage. Our Curator recommends this as a focal point piece for maximum impact. By German artist, Sarah Stark.

This artwork is almost euphoric. Bright reds and bold brush strokes make us feel something. It's the perfect hero piece — a piece that strikes conversation. Often times these are the objectives people have with collecting art. It's not simply a means to an end — a decor piece to fill a wall — it's something that evokes emotion, elicits conversation, and represents a particular moment in time.
