At Tacit Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit, including all tags and documentation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
