Margot Sinclair / Á Coté de la Folie

Margot Sinclair is a California-born, Michigan-raised, NYC-based contemporary artist. Her practice involves mixed media across oil, acrylic, graphite, and thread. Through this combination of mediums, Margot is able to create palpable texture in each of her works — while neutral in palette, they are still able to add depth and dimension to a space. 

Margot's highly coveted practice has captured global attention through her distinct, interpretive style. Each piece is intentional, yet playful. While deep meaning and muses inspire Margot's work, the abstract style can take on new meaning amongst individual collectors and viewers.
